We highly recommend conducting a light vacuuming of the traffic areas before the cleaning process begins. However, it is not mandatory. Our team is capable of pre-vacuuming the area to be cleaned if needed. Rest assured, our cleaning equipment includes vacuuming functionality throughout the cleaning process.

In cases where our team arrives at a customer’s home and they are not present, we offer a grace period which if it exceeds 20 minutes, we may need to reschedule the job to ensure we do not leave other customers waiting.

We would like to remind you that if you schedule a service online and choose a window of arrival between 12pm to 3pm but require us to arrive by 3pm, we cannot guarantee this. In the event that we arrive at your home within the window time, we may have to cancel your appointment due to other appointments being scheduled within similarly tight time frames.

Our payment options include cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We kindly request that payment be made at the time of service. Please note that no payment is required when scheduling an appointment. You can book job under cash on step 5 if you booking online. We do charge 3% service fee if you pay with credit card or debit card. There no service fee if you pay cash.

Please be advised that an additional cost applies for this service. We also provide a complimentary deodorizer that has a fresh scent. We would like to inform you that the drying times for carpet, tile and grout, and upholstery vary depending on the material and conditions. Carpet can take up to 12 hours to fully dry, but cooler air flow can help speed up the process. On the other hand, tile and grout is usually dry by the time we finish cleaning, but it can take up to an hour to completely dry if a sealant is applied. As for upholstery, it can take up to 6 hours to completely dry.

Our cleaning service has a limit of up to the second floor only. For apartments, it is mandatory to have a working air conditioning, power source and a nearby water source with running water in close proximity to the truck. We require guaranteed parking in front of the unit without blocking any pathways or vehicles. Our equipment is mounted on the truck, and we do not run portable equipment. For booking that involve apartment, please get in touch with us, and we can check the location beforehand to ensure a successfull job.
Our company makes every effort to provide the best carpet cleaning service, however, we would like to inform you that there are certain stains or spots on your carpet that might not be removable. These stains may have permanently discolored the fibers of your carpet. At times, the age and type of carpet fibers may also impact the cleaning process. Our technicians will assess your carpet condition before initiating the cleaning process, but in some cases, it is not possible to determine the extent of the damage until we start the cleaning. Please be assured that we will do our best to remove all stains or spots from your carpet, but we cannot provide a guarantee for the same.
